Trout Creek Motel and RV Park Policies

Deposit Policy: A valid credit card is needed to make/ guarantee a reservation. The reservation total is due upon checking-in.

Cancellation Policy: Please give notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to anticipated arrival and days notice for Event weekends – 10 days notice for event or holiday weekends. Less notice will incur a charge equal to one night stay to on file credit card.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

Check In: Begins at 2:00 PM- Early check-in may be available. Please call the front desk for availability.

Check Out: Ends at 11:00 AM- Please call the front desk to check availability for late check-out.

Pet Policy: Pets are always welcome in most rooms at Trout Creek Motel, Cabins & RV Park. A pet fee of $10.00 per night per pet, will be charged at the time of check-in.

Smoking Policy: ***We are a non-smoking property***
Smoking inside the building there will be a min. of $50.00 fee.

Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.

Trout Creek Motel and RV Park takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via website, it is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number and/or social security number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservations specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.
